I made a trial order spiral bevel and pinion, They made an excellent fabrication drawing and submitted to me for the confirmation of all the dimensions. They the bevel with different material with the pinion per our specification, but unfortunately there is a failure in material of the pinion upon actual testing in our facility. I made a complain and they are happily willing to made a replacement a new set of spiral bevel and pinion gear for free. And after the actual testing it was excellent.
